Complete eye exam with Optomap retinal imaging, including glasses prescription(s) and comprehensive eye health examination, no dilation required. 

This exam does not include contact lens prescription.

Comprehensive Exam for Glasses

Exam for established contact lens wearers with astigmatism. Contact Lens Trials and Solution kit included with exam.

Contact Lens Exam (Astigmatism)

follow up care for contact lens exam patients seen in the office within 3 months

Contact Lens Follow up

Exam for established Multifocal contact lens wearers. Contact Lens Trials and Solution kit included with exam.

Contact Lens Exam (Multifocal)

Exam for established contact lens wearers without astigmatism. Contact Lens Trials and Solution kit included with exam.

Contact Lens Exam (Spherical)

Vision exam for glasses prescription, does not include Optomap imaging for retinal health exam.

Glasses Exam

Emergency/urgent care eye medical issues, includes prescription for medication as needed. (Corneal abrasions, ulcers, iritis, pink eye, ripped contact lens pieces in eye, etc) 

Fee ranges from $150-250, depending on severity of eye condition.
